# XinChuan Studio Privacy Policy

XinChuan Studio publishes a static informational website for media production services, case references, public contact routes, and AI-readable resources.

## Data collection

This website does not provide user accounts, checkout, payments, file uploads, or authenticated dashboards. Public API resources are static read-only files.

The contact form currently validates fields in the browser and displays a simulated submission result. It does not send the entered name, email address, subject, or message to a website backend, and the website does not store those form entries. A success message in the form does not mean a message was delivered. To contact the studio, use the phone number or email address below.

## Analytics and logs

The production homepage loads an analytics script from `https://umami.gaazeon.com/umami`. This repository configures the client-side script but does not define the analytics server's retention or access settings. Standard hosting logs may include request URL, timestamp, IP address, user agent, referrer, and response status.

## Cookies

The site does not require cookies for public browsing. Client-side preferences, such as theme or language, may be stored locally in the browser.

## AI and crawler access

Public machine-readable resources, including `llms.txt`, `agents.md`, `api/openapi.json`, and `.well-known` discovery files, are intended for search engines and AI agents to read and summarize. Agents must not claim to book services, authenticate users, take payment, or operate production systems.
